To guarantee delivery by Friday, December 23, orders must be placed by Wednesday, December 14 at 2:00pm PST. Kabahead Kreations will be closed from December 24-January 2. Any orders received during this period will be shipped January 3.
Shipping Information:
Once payment has cleared, items ship within 2-4 business days via USPS First Class Mail. If you need them shipped sooner or faster, please contact Kabahead Kreations BEFORE making your purchase to arrange an alternative shipping method (prices will vary). Please note that we ship with delivery confirmation to the address provided, and cannot be held responsible for missing/lost items if the item has been sent to the wrong address.
Do I need a PayPal account to buy things from your store?
Nope! You can pay with your credit card whether or not you have an account, just click on "Pay with a debit or credit card if you don't have a PayPal account" during checkout.
Methods of Payment?
Kabahead Kreations Online Store accepts all major credit cards through PayPal as well as PayPal direct transfer.Cash is only accepted at boutiques and other in-person transactions.
Refunds and Returns?
We offer a refund/return policy on the full price of the item if it is are unused and in re-sellable condition. Returns must be requested within 7 business days of receipt. We do not refund shipping costs on either end (unless your item is defective) and reserve the right to deny returns if the item has been worn or used and is no longer in new condition.
Why do I get a Paypal error that says "Sorry your last transaction cannot be completed"?
It seems like the Safari browser has problems here and there during checkout due to PayPal's new shopping cart. For the best results use Mozilla Firefox instead. Hopefully Paypal will fix this soon!
